Cancellations & Refunds 

- Sandy's Laser & Electrolysis has a strict ‘no refund’ policy* in the event you change your mind about treatments 

- All treatments cannot be transferred to existing or new clientele

- If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will forfeit that session as well as lose your deposit

- A $50 deposit is required for all bookings $50 and over

- For treatments valued less than $50, a full upfront payment is required for the deposit​

- If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will lose your deposit

- If you cancel or reschedule within 5 hours of the appointment, the remaining cost of the treatment must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.

​- If you do not show up to an appointment (no-show), the remaining cost of the treatment must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.
